    Product Details

    Ingredient: Foeniculum Vulgare (Fennel) Oil

    Fennel essential oil, distilled from the fennel plant, has been shown to heal wounds, reduce and prevent spasms in the gut, contain antioxidant and antimicrobial characteristics, relieve gas and constipation, treat digestive issues, and aid in weight loss.


    Directions for Use
    1. Aromatherapy/Diffusion
    Use a few drops for diffusion or room spray. Alternatively, add a few drops onto aroma stones, cotton balls, reeds or other items to enjoy the unique scents whenever you like.
    2. Massage
    Dilute 3-5 drops of the essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil before applying it to the skin. Massage it gently on your skin for better absorption.
    3. Bath & Shower
    Add a few drops of the essential oil to your shower gels or the bath you draw for some heaven-like aroma and multiple skin benefits.

    they really work!!

    I use it together with grapfruit oil for oedema. Because of bad circulation, I had two lumps behind my knees. After two days of massage the swelling went down. Essential oils really work!

    the best medicine
